Codepresso ("we", "us") operates the AXMOS service ("Service") and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through the Service website is processed.

When you submit an inquiry or consultation request, we collect:

· Required: company name, contact name, email address, area of interest (track), and the workflow you want to automate.

· Optional: phone number.

· Automatically collected: cookies, access logs, and browser/device information may be generated during use (analytics cookies only with consent).

· Responding to and following up on inquiries and consultation requests.

· Communication regarding evaluation and onboarding of the Service.

· Service improvement and usage analysis (only via analytics cookies you have consented to).

We delete personal data without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, except where retention is required by applicable law.

· Inquiry records: retained for three years from the date of submission, then deleted. If you request deletion earlier, we delete without delay.

To operate the Service, we engage the following processors.

· Resend, Inc.: inquiry notification and confirmation emails (until the purpose is fulfilled).

· Google LLC: website usage analytics (Google Analytics). Only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

· Hotjar Ltd.: website user behavior analytics. Only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

The list of processors may change; changes will be announced through this policy.

Under the sub-processing described in Section 5, we transfer personal data outside Korea as follows.

· Recipient: Resend, Inc. / Country: United States / Data: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, inquiry content / Purpose: inquiry notification and confirmation emails / Timing and method: transmitted via API upon submission / Retention: until the purpose is fulfilled.

· Recipient: Google LLC / Country: United States / Data: cookies, access logs, browser and device information / Purpose: website usage analytics / Timing and method: transmitted via script on page view after analytics-cookie consent / Retention: per Google Analytics retention policy, or until consent is withdrawn.

· Recipient: Hotjar Ltd. / Country: Malta (EU) / Data: page interaction behavior, browser and device information / Purpose: website user behavior analytics / Timing and method: transmitted via script on page view after analytics-cookie consent / Retention: until consent is withdrawn.

You may refuse cross-border transfer of your personal data. Transfers for analytics purposes (Google, Hotjar) do not occur if you decline or withdraw consent in the cookie banner at the bottom of the site. If you prefer not to have data transferred for inquiry handling (Resend), contact axmos@codepresso.io directly instead of using the form; in that case automated intake and reply through the form may not be available.

We may use cookies for usage analytics and service improvement.

· Essential cookies: required for basic operation and used without consent.

· Non-essential (analytics) cookies: used only with your consent (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

You can choose your preference in the cookie banner at the bottom of the site, and you may refuse cookies through your browser settings.

We do not provide your personal data to third parties beyond the purposes stated in this policy, except where required by law or with your consent.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data at any time.

The Service is intended for representatives of companies and institutions. We do not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

We apply reasonable safeguards including access control, permission management, and encryption in transit (HTTPS).

Inquiry data is processed on servers operated by us. Notification email delivery and usage analytics are handled by the processors named in Section 5 and the cross-border recipients named in Section 6.
